As a result of this workshop, with recommended follow-on group coaching, you will:

· Learn how the brain works and why this is important for change

· Set intentions for yourself and your organization for new potential and ways of BEING

· Apply practices, based on neuroscience, to create pathways to new potentials and new ways of BEING for you and your organization

· Experience how to mentally rewire your brain

The course is designed by Dr. Joe Dispenza and the trainer will be Agnesia Agrella. 

Agnesia spent 25 years in banking and manufacturing where she is known to implement new operating models and large change projects. She is passionate about customer service and providing value to customers. Her strengths are facilitating, leading, and supporting diverse to find a common vision, focusing on the needs of their external customer, sharing their knowledge to enhance collaboration, and creating unique solutions. As a facilitator of change, author, speaker, and NeuroChangeSolutions (NCS) Consultant Agnesia is committed to supporting individuals and teams to reach their full potential and creating successful organizations.
