Designing Operating Models using Whole-Brain leadership.   We design the business based on "WHY" they exist and the needs of their clients/customers.  We use Whole-Brain Leadership techniques to define the brain that will best complete a role in the business.  Using brain profiling we match staff to the role that best suits their strengths and requirements of the role.  We design the processes,  procedures and controls that will deliver customer satisfaction and optimize the business output and profit.  Measurement is very important to us and we measure the value we deliver to you.

Communication and Sales Training

Research shows that 74% of office conflict is related to communication.  Emotional intelligence and understanding how the body performs under stress are great tools to improve communication.  Symetize provides training and coaching to staff and teams to develop their emotional intelligence and ability to self regulate.  Self-regulation refers to the ability to manage emotions in stressful and pressured environments to enhance performance and improve health. Nobody can work under a huge amount of pressure over extended periods of time.  Learning to self regulate reduces stress and can build energy rather than depleting energy.

Research-Based Measurement 

To ensure we deliver value to our clients we use research-based methodologies and tools to measure the output of our work.  We use various instruments to measure the impact on the individual and the organization.  The technology exists to measure stress levels in the staff and the business as a collective.  We use this technology to measure stress levels before we start our work and after we have delivered our training and coaching.  We also do the measurements 3 months after we have delivered our programmes to determine if there was lasting change.
